The St Albans team recently faced an usual customer request, after a young traveller misplaced her beloved toy monkey whilst on holiday in Turkey.
Having had no success contacting the hotel themselves, the family turned to Review Travel to help them track down the precious primate.
Business Travel Consultant, Rachel Watson, was up to the challenge, hunting down the relevant contact details at the Pegasos Royal Hotel and acquiring a photograph of the missing monkey, which was positively identified by its distressed owner.
Both Rachel and Pegasos worker, Ugur Duran, persevered through multiple courier hiccups to deliver the monkey safely back to its delighted family.
